Boutique birthday parties are private EPiC events only!

We do not allow any birthday-related items during open play!

This includes but is not limited to:

cakes, cupcakes, cookie cakes, ice cream, food trays

balloons, decorations, birthday activities, gifts, etc.

(Any guest violating this policy will be asked to leave without a refund)

Private and EPiC means you get the entire facility for you and your guest for 2 hours.

All birthday parties and/or private events must be reserved 10 days before the event date.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.

The balance must be paid 30 min before your event start time.

A $100 cleanup fee will be applied if the Cool Beans Cafe is not cleared of outside food, decorations, or any other items at the end of the party.
